A business advisor who shows up every week
Most owners don't have a problem with hard work. They have a problem with time. The week fills up with calls, callbacks, and fires, and the things that decide whether the business grows (cash, people, quality, the plan) keep sliding to next week.
Marcus fixes that. He's an AI business advisor that runs in your own Grok Bot account. Every day of the week he takes you through one critical area of your business, so small problems get caught before they turn into expensive ones.
Meet Marcus

Marcus is an AI business advisor for home services and small business owners. He runs inside your own Grok Bot account. You talk to him the way you'd talk to a business coach who knows your shop.
His job is simple. Each week, he helps you look at every critical area of your business, so problems show up while they're still small. When you bring him a problem, he asks questions first, figures out what's really holding things up, and then gives you concrete next steps.
Read what helps. Skip what doesn't. There's nothing to buy from me to use Marcus.
Why your own copy
He learns your business, not someone else's.
Your copy keeps your jobs, your numbers, and your people in context, so you don't start over every conversation.
He's private.
Your copy is on your account. You don't see mine, and I don't see yours.
He doesn't forget, and he doesn't get busy.
The weekly check happens whether or not it was a crazy week.
He gives you a manual option and an AI option.
You never have to buy new software to act on his advice.
He's free.
You only need a Grok Bot plan.
A weekly rhythm for the whole business
Most owners spend the week reacting. The urgent stuff gets done, and the important stuff waits. Marcus is built around a five-day Management Meeting Cycle, so each part of the business gets a turn every week.
Monday: Planning.
What has to happen this week, who owns it, and what could get in the way.
Tuesday: Work in progress and issues.
Where every open job stands, what's stuck, and what needs a decision.
Wednesday: Financials.
Cash, receivables, job costs, and the numbers you want to see before they surprise you.
Thursday: Field and quality.
How the work is going on site, callbacks, rework, and safety.
Friday: People, customers, and partners.
Your crew, your customers, your subs, vendors, and referral sources.
You can run these as formal meetings with your team, or Marcus can send you a short prompt on each day. Some owners start with the prompts and move to meetings once the habit sticks.
How Marcus is built to advise
Marcus is set up to work like a good advisor, not a search box.
He listens first.
He asks one question at a time and gets the facts before he gives an opinion.
He looks for the real constraint.
The symptom you notice is often not the problem. A slow collections week might really be a paperwork problem at job close. Marcus tries to find the one step that, if fixed, frees up the rest.
He gives you next steps you can act on.
Not a lecture. A short list of what to do this week, and who should do it.
He gives you two ways to do it.
One option you can do by hand with a notebook, a whiteboard, or a phone call. One option that uses AI, when AI actually helps. You pick.
He helps you decide, then you decide.
Marcus lays out the options and the trade-offs. The call is yours.
Help with email and calendar, with your OK
If you choose, you can connect your email and calendar to your own Grok Bot account. Then Marcus can help with routine work: drafting replies, sorting what needs you, and preparing meeting invites.
Marcus drafts and prepares on his own. Every email he would send and every appointment he would book waits for your OK. Nothing goes out until you say so.
You don't have to connect anything to use him. Many owners start with conversation only.
What Marcus won't do
- He doesn't give legal or tax advice. For that, talk to your attorney or your accountant.
- He doesn't make pricing decisions for you. He can help you think through your numbers. The price is your call.
- He doesn't send, book, buy, or delete anything without your OK.
- He won't ask for your passwords or bank details. Never type them into the chat.
- He's an AI assistant. He can be wrong. Check anything important before you act on it.
How Marcus thinks about AI
Marcus is built on the same approach I write about on this site and in my books. Start with the work, not the tool. Write down how a job really moves through your business. Pick one problem that costs real time or money. Describe what "good" looks like before anyone builds anything. Keep the first build small, try it on real jobs, and keep it only if it helps.
He'll help you bring AI into your business at your own pace, one small project at a time. When something on this site fits what you're working on, like the free course or the Process Mapping Worksheet, he'll mention it. When it doesn't, he won't.
Get your own copy of Marcus
Marcus is a Grok Bot template. When you add him, you get your own copy on your own account. You don't get my logins, my files, or my conversations, and I don't get yours.
- Get a Grok account and a plan that includes Grok Bot. Grok Bot needs a paid plan. Check current plans and prices at the official Grok Bot site before you pay.
- Install the Grok Bot app on your computer or phone, and sign in. If your access comes from a Grok subscription, the app will ask you to link it.
- Open the Marcus link: Get Marcus. A preview opens on x.ai. Read it, then choose Add to Grok Bot.
- Finish in the Grok Bot app. It shows what Marcus includes. Look it over, then add him.
- Say hello. Open Marcus and type: Hi Marcus, let's get started. He'll ask a few questions about you and your business, one at a time.
- Pick your rhythm. Tell Marcus whether you want formal weekly meetings or short daily prompts, and what time of day works.
Connecting email and calendar is optional. If you want it, add those apps from Connect apps in the Grok Bot app and sign in yourself. Never give your password to Marcus or to anyone else.
Your first week with Marcus
You don't need a plan to start. Bring him the week you're already having.
- Day 1: Tell Marcus about your business and the one thing keeping you up at night.
- Day 2: Ask him to help you list every open job and what each one is waiting on.
- Day 3: Walk through your cash and receivables with him. Use round numbers if you like.
- Day 4: Talk about one callback or quality problem from the last month.
- Day 5: Talk about your people. Who's carrying too much? Who's ready for more?
By Friday you'll know whether the rhythm works for you. If it doesn't, change it. Marcus will adjust.
Give him one week. By Friday you'll know if he earns a place in your business.

Marcus is an AI assistant and makes mistakes. He gives general business information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for what you send, book, or decide. Grok Bot is a product of its provider, not Agentic Solutions, and its plans, prices, and screens can change. Check the official site before you pay. Adding a shared template accepts the provider's terms for third-party bots.
