Email sequence & opting out

Because the free preview includes a short email sequence about our process-improvement approach, downloading it automatically starts that follow-up series. You can unsubscribe from the sequence at any time by replying “STOP” to any email, or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message. We honor all unsubscribe requests immediately.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate this site:

• Vercel— website hosting. Your data passes through and is stored on Vercel’s infrastructure in accordance with their privacy practices.
• Resend — email delivery. Your name and email are shared with Resend to send the book download link and follow-up sequence.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share it beyond what is necessary to operate this site and deliver the services you request.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to comply with our legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your data, simply reply to any email we’ve sent you, and we will process the request. No proof or justification is required.
