Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Agentic Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you join the Main Street AI Brief, request the free book preview, or send a note, we collect the information you submit. That is usually your email address, and sometimes your name or a short note about your business. If you register for a copy of Marcus, we collect your name, your email, and your business type if you choose to give one.
How we use it
- To send the weekly Brief, if you asked for it.
- To send a free book preview and a short follow-up series, if you asked for those.
- To reply if you write to us.
- To record a Marcus registration and show you the template link and owner guide. That list is kept separate from the Brief and is not a mailing list.
Email and opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time. Use the unsubscribe page, or reply STOP to any email. We honor those requests.
Third-party services
- Vercel: website hosting. Pages are served on Vercel's infrastructure.
- Resend: email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend so we can send the messages you asked for.
- Neon: the database for Marcus registrations. Your name, email, and business type, if you gave one, are stored there and are not added to the email list.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to send what you asked for, and to meet legal duties. To ask for deletion, reply to any email from us or use the contact page.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels. Vercel may use essential cookies required for hosting. Vercel Analytics may record anonymous page views.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
