Map Your Business
Write down how work really moves through your business. Every handoff. Every decision. Once it's on paper, the wasted steps are easier to see.

Design the Fix
Pick one problem. Describe what "good" looks like before anyone builds anything. That description is what the agentic system follows. Make it clear enough that an AI tool could build it right the first time. This is the scope-first idea.

Build and Test
Build one small thing. Try it on real jobs. Keep it if it helps. Fix it or drop it if it doesn't. Then pick the next problem.
