If you bought a book on Amazon, use Amazon's order help for that purchase.

Anything bought on this site

If you bought a digital file on this site and you cannot open it, email hello@agenticsolutions.biz with the subject "Refund Request." Include the email you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We will fix the access or refund the payment.

Timing

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
