03Paid Consultation
Deep 2-hour session to map your process, define success, and identify the real bottleneck. After this, you get access to the Business Process Developer scope tool.
04BPD Scope
Use the BPD tool to produce a 12-section playbook covering discovery, waste audit, constraint analysis, systems map, ROI projection, and build plan. Export as markdown or HTML.
05Scope Approval
We review the playbook together. The scope is frozen. AI assesses complexity and suggests a build price. You choose your payment path.
06Pilot + Build
A 2-week pilot delivers the first working slice. Then the full build from the approved scope. Path A: fixed build fee; Path B: 6-month payment option for builds over $2,000.
07Run (Host + Maintain)
We host your application, monitor uptime, apply security patches, and handle light tweaks. Three tiers depending on app complexity and support needs.
08Changes
New workflows, new integrations, redesigns, or anything outside the Run allowance. Priced as S/M/L packs to avoid hourly surprises.

After scope approval, AI assesses complexity. You approve the tier and choose payment path.
